Privacy Notice
Effective: October 31, 2026. This notice applies to JoinNEXABDM.com, a recruiting-information site operated by Jim Elkins in connection with NEXA Lending, LLC.
Information we collect
If you contact us, we may receive your name, business email, telephone number if provided, state, professional background, message and whether you opted in to future recruiting updates, and non-sensitive campaign tracking tags in the links you use. The website does not request Social Security numbers, government IDs, financial documents, borrower information or credit authorization.
How we use it
We use the information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate program eligibility and coordinate recruitment conversations. If you separately opt in, we may send additional recruiting updates until you unsubscribe. An inquiry is not an employment application or a guarantee of employment.
Service providers
Cloudflare may process technical requests, bot protection and hosting traffic; Tawk.to may process chat messages if you use chat; Vimeo may process video requests if you play the embedded video. If enabled, an email delivery service or our private recruiting CRM may receive your inquiry to route it to the team. Their privacy practices may separately apply.
Data protection and retention
We use reasonable controls, including HTTPS and bot protection, when configured. Data is restricted to recruitment needs and retained as required for business, legal and compliance purposes. No website can guarantee absolute security. Sensitive employment documents should only be provided through a NEXA-approved secure onboarding channel.
Email preferences
Optional recruiting-update emails require a separate checkbox. You may request removal from marketing communications by replying to an email or contacting us. Operational responses to an inquiry may still be sent.
SMS / calls
Providing a telephone number does not opt you into automated marketing calls or SMS messages. Separate consent would be obtained if such a program is introduced.
