Marketing role only
A BDM is a non-licensed marketing position. Only authorized, genuinely performed, documented marketing services may be considered. No compensation is offered for simply referring, directing or steering settlement-service customers. BDMs may not discuss mortgage products, quote rates, take loan applications or perform any licensed loan-originator duty.
Illustrative compensation
The 0.50% calculator is a hypothetical arithmetic illustration. It is not a representation of usual earnings or an offer of a specific pay rate. Actual compensation, employer payroll treatment, allowable services, completed work, relevant transaction conditions, costs and program terms must be approved and provided in a written agreement. Rates, eligibility and pay arrangements may vary.
Eligibility and costs
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, complete required hiring procedures including Form I-9, and pass applicable screening. The BDM program is not available in Arizona. Conflicts with other professional roles, state law and employer requirements can affect eligibility. Background, onboarding or technology expenses may apply; request current written details before making a commitment.
